Annually SERSG distributes Invitations for Bid for Paper, Water Treatment Chemicals, and DPW Supplies. These are available in April, awarded in June, and result in contracts effective from July 1 of that year, through June 30 of the following year.
Every two years, an IFB is also issued for Office Supplies. It results in a two-year contract that begins on July 1.
Every year SERSG distributes an Invitation for Bid for DPW Services. It is available in October, awarded in December and results in one-year contracts effective from February 1 of the next year.
Every three yearas, a Request for Proposals is issued for Drug & Alcohol Testing. It results in a three-year contract that begins on February 1.
There is currently a contract in place for Drug & Alcohol Testing Services that will expire on December 31, 2017. The next procurement for that service will happen in the fall of 2017.
